Fran Muntz

Managing Director

Fran brings extensive experience in Marketing, Coaching and business management skills to Breast Chek™ Ltd.

Fran started her Career with a hobby at the age of 15 when she enrolled in a Deportment and Modelling School in Invercargill NZ. This interest inspired her to train and qualify as a Beautician and Hairdresser owning her own salon and advanced to qualify as a Beauty Therapist.

Her involvement in the Modelling School continued and as she loved it so much at 19 purchased the business and went on to establish 3 Deportment and Modelling Schools in the South Island under the "Belda" banner. In Belda Fran introduced Beauty Therapy Services, qualified as a Colour, Beauty and Image Specialist and introduced these services also. The next development was to establish her own Personal Colour System and a Consultancy Training Academy in Colour Analysis, Image, Makeup Artistry and Beauty Care.

During this time Fran also became a consultant with a leading International Skin Care and makeup Direct Selling Company, holding a Senior Director Position. Over a 28 year period whilst raising a family of two achieved outstanding results and every award possible, plus was responsible for building and managing one of the largest groups within New Zealand.

In 1999 with her husband Neville they were appointed Management of a Start-up direct sales company in New Zealand and Australia. After 4 years operation they purchased the interests of the company and License for the Pacific Region. Fran continues in management, plus trainer and coach to new and existing consultants for their company, Beauty for You Ltd.

Whilst on a coaching visit to Australia in 2005 Fran read about the Breast Chek™ Kit, found the owner of the patent and manufacturing company and became an instant crusader for the benefits and message of the Breast Self Examination kit spreading the message to her consultants within their company and beyond.

The development by Plexus Pink of a new and exciting Marketing Programme has now moved the company to a new level. The opportunity to lead a Pink Army of agents in the South Pacific and beyond has really inspired Fran. Through her years of working with women and encountering many ladies affected with Breast Cancer and seeing the drastic effects this has on not only the lady concerned, but her whole family, has galvanized Fran into action. The Pink mission is a powerful and positive message for people, which enables them to take more responsibility for their own health, through knowledge how to have healthy breasts and using  Breast Self Examination each month with this unique Breast Chek™ Aid.

Having now worked with the product since 2005 and studied all the research and development information available, gives Fran the confidence to promote the Breast Chek™ kit world wide - and this opportunity is also available to you.

Fran gives coaching and support to all ambassadors  in the region.

Neville Muntz

Director

Neville began his working career as a Panel Beater and Spray Painter and swapped overalls for a suit, joining Dominion Breweries in 1964 moving successfully through the ranks from Stock Clerk/Telsell to Commercial Manager, to Branch Manager Southland to Area Manager Otago/Southland, to South Island Manager of Leased Hotels.

During this time Neville learned all aspects of Management and with his skills has supported the business ventures that he and Fran have established together. In 1999 along with Fran they started a new direct sales company on behalf of the U.S. Parent company and in 2004 purchased the interests of this company and License for the Pacific Region. Neville's experience in Management/Accounting fits nicely with Fran, so together they make a great team.

Neville is the only male in our team and helps keep the balance with all the females. He has a passion for sailing (has built and sails his own 35 foot Jim Brown Trimaran) is also a former provincial representative in Rugby and Rowing and has now become a serious sports couch critic.

Community involvement has included Riverton Volunteer Fire Brigade (Life Member Riverton Volunteer Coast Guard (Life Member) District Coroner and Justice of the Peace. He loves his garden and grows a wonderful orchard of just about every fruit you can think of.

Bonita Muntz

Marketing Manager

Our daughter Bonita has worked with us now for many years, Bonita is a wiz on the computer and very creative in her marketing material and prides herself in the presentation of what we produce for our clients and consultants. Bonita assists Fran in the coaching of our consultants/ambassadors.

Bonita is a Skin Therapy, Colour, Beauty, Style and Breast Health Consultant, so her experience and skills assists our consultants/agents in building a successful business.  She is also the owner of her own Beauty for You - Beauty Bar inside Sutherland Todd Hairdressing, 0ffice Road, Merivale, Christchurch.

Bonita loves to party in the weekends, laugh a lot and is a mad car enthusiast. She has a a Nissan S15 Silvia which goes by the name of I DOLL I, which she uses for Drag Racing and Drifting. She is very involved in the NZ Import Car Scene, doing Car Shows, Motorsport Events . She is also the first female drifting judge in NZ!

Bonita is a great presenter and communicator (and fantastic singer), loves colour, fashions, travel, fast cars and nice things! Did I mention shoes??

Tineke Ward

Office Manager

Tineke is probably the first person you will speak to when you call us. She likes to keep her finger on all the buttons from customer service, to data entry, organizing systems to help run home office and also to help the agents to run their home businesses in a efficient manner.

Tineke is always helpful in sorting any situation on the computer for Fran and the ambassadors alike.  Even those of you who have never had computer experience, she will guide you through in a caring, enthusiastic manner and in an easy to understand language. Her knowledge of our systems, products and services will make you feel welcome and confident in doing business with our team.

Tineke just loves her job and the people she has the pleasure of helping. She gets excited easily and always loves to hear the successes our agents are achieving . Currently she has enrolled in a computer design course, to gain more knowledge in different skills not only to benefit home office, but also our ambassadors.

Tineke can lend her hand to all the duties round the office and is a great asset to our team. She is married to Adam and they have a son Tyler who's 8, a daughter Porshia who's 7 and new addition Rylie Page who is 2 months.  Tineke herself has done all of our Company Training in products and sevices -  so this gives her extra knowledge in helping you -  she understands how it all works. Also with having owned her own business previously she knows how important it is to look after your clients.
