Please specify measurements in inches and weight in pounds.

To qualify for our guarantee, you must register within 7 days of the product being delivered to you.

To insure accurate records, please provide all requested information below for each week.

Select “Starting (before first use)” from the drop down box when submitting information for the first time (the day you start taking Plexus Slim).

Once you have completed your first week, select “After 1 week” when submitting your measurements and weight. Continue selecting the next week in correspondence with the week ending you are submitting measurements and weight for.
